These polyphenols and catechins also have potent anti bacterial and anti-viral properties, which help prevent the body from being susceptible to infection and disease. So you can see how this miraculous, yet simple drink fights aging and obesity on any front it chooses to appear.

It is generally known that, next to water, tea is the most consumed beverage in the world, with per capita consumption of 120 mL a day.
