How to Lose Ten Pounds In 18 Simple Steps

If you want to lose a ten pound ball of fat from your belly – or ten inches from your thighs and arms – then try following these simple steps:

Step 1 – Drink a lot of water!  Make sure you drink at least a gallon a day and stay away for colas, alcohol and other fluids that will actually serve to dehydrate you.
