Many women ask themselves “can I lose 10 pounds in three days.” If you try too hard to lose weight then you will not lose it. All you will do is set up high expectations of yourself that you cannot meet. When you don’t meet them you end up gorging on the wrong foods to help fill up your hunger and also to comfort yourself because you feel like a failure. Losing weight always means making big lifestyle changes and change rarely happens overnight. Micromanaging your diet by counting every single calorie you take in also does not work. Trying too hard like this never worked for anybody.

Staying hungry all day does not keep you thin.  Starving yourself –

If you feel hungry you will be depressed all day and it is that state of desperation and frustration that can cause you to overeat later in the day.  Most of us use food as a reward and if we are denied that emotional reward we might overcompensate by eating too much at the end of the day.

However you should also keep in mind that almost all fad diets are very bad for you and can make you quite ill.
