Try Intermittent Fasting

To mitigate the negative nutritional effects of eating Twinkies all day Mark’s diet also included eating a cam puff green beans every day as well as three or four celery sticks and a high quality vitamin.

Critics of this way of losing weight have noted that there would be way too much sodium in this diet, especially in the can of green beans. There is also a debate about whether he got enough nutrition from just swallowing a vitamin pill.

However to be safe on this type of diet it would not hurt you to take a multi-vitamin as some of these meals really are deficient in nutrition. A liquid vitamins supplement might be best. Make sure you get enough vitamin B and C as these junk foods are very deficient in those nutrients.
