While the more expensive capsules are filled with the more potent green tea extract that holds a lot more EGCG (epigallocathecin gallate, the substance responsible for the health benefits), the cheap pills are basically just dried and crushed green tea. So, you won’t get the benefits or you need to take a lot of them to get the benefits. Either way, you are wasting your money.
